This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no third-party content; fonts are served from this domain. When you visit, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (such as IP address, time and requested page) in server log files.

The hosting provider is Alfahosting GmbH, Koblenz (Germany). The log files serve the security and reliable operation of the website and are deleted by the provider after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

The Telkino app

Telkino connects only to the computer you enter in a profile. Screen contents, pointer and keyboard input, and copied text if clipboard sync is turned on, travel directly between your device and that computer. There is no Telkino server, no account and no cloud sync.

• Data stored locally: computer names, addresses, ports and optional user names in the app’s local database; optional passwords exclusively in the system Keychain. You can delete all app data in the app under “Settings & About”.
• Not collected: we do not collect or transmit profiles, passwords, screen contents, clipboard, session history, contacts, photos, location or advertising identifiers.
• Local network: the app uses Bonjour on the local network to discover computers. iOS asks for the “Local Network” permission for this.
• In-app purchase: Telkino Pro is purchased entirely through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s privacy policy applies; we receive no payment data.

Your rights

Since we process no personal data beyond the server log files mentioned above, requests for access, rectification and erasure are limited to that data. Please use the contact address below.
